Obituary of Richard Raymond Dupuis

Richard Joesph Raymond Dupuis late of Prince Albert, SK, was born in St. Cyprcien in Quebce on Nov 1, 1946.  Since  being the 5th eldest of 17 children Dad had only grade 7 or 8 education.  He worked in forestry in Quebec until the 1960s,  then decided to move out west to Saskatchewan which he lived in various towns then settled in Meath Park for 20 years. In the early 1990s he moved to Prince Albert.  He worked with Woodland Enterprises for 25 years until they closed.  

He married his wife Therese in 1981.  They welcomed their first daughter Karen this year also.  A couple of years later they welcomed their second daughter Diane.  He was a proud grandfather to his two grandchildren Nathaniel Dupuis-Gallerneault  and Sophia Dupuis-Gallerneault.  He enjoyed the simple life, while keeping busy around the home fixing things, running errands and coffee in the afternoons and visiting with friends and family. He enjoyed the outdoors which included walking along the river.

Richard leaves to mourn, his wife of 44 years, Therese Dupuis; his daughters, Karen Dupuis (Nathaniel Dupuis-Gallerneault, Sophia Dupuis-Gallerneault), Diane Dupuis.  Richard was predeceased by his mother, Marie Jean Bourgoin and his father Xavier Dupuis and sister, Chantal Dion.
