Obituary of Timothy Franklyn Neish
Timothy Franklin Neish
August 16th, 1985 - July 5th, 2025
It is with broken hearts, dreams, and profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful son, brother, cousin, uncle, friend and father.
Timothy grew up in Christopher Lake, and attended Christopher Lake School, where he met his first and forever friends, Andrew Austin and James Arcand. At 15 years old, Tim and James entered a triathlon at the Prince Albert National Park, they worked so hard at this, and they both did so well. In 2012, Tim and James worked in Northern Saskatchewan for Thoms, cutting and bunching large trees with heavy equipment, he really liked that job. After a few years of thinking about his future, he decided to go to Tech School for Power Engineering in Saskatoon, SK, where he did very well. He was hired by SaskPower in Estevan, SK, where he worked for several years, but he found it hard to be away from home. He worked other jobs in the power engineering industry, including one in Northern Alberta with James Arcand. He then moved home to be with his Mom, where he did a few different jobs around the community. He helped his stepdad, Ken, and his Mom, he was always looking out for his Mom. Timothy did some traveling to the U.S. and to Ecuador with Andrew and James. In Ecuador, he met the mother of his beautiful daughter, Charlotte, the biggest love of his life. He tried to get her to Canada, but certain circumstances did not allow it. Timothy and his little sister Kendra were very close, he was her teacher, protector, and confidante. He was also close to his older sister Sherri and her boys. Timothy and his cousin Keegan spent a lot of time together, talking, playing video games, and were good friends. Kelly Rae was also a very good friend to Tim; they were always there for each other. Tim had a huge heart and a loving attitude towards his family and friends, he was always trying to help in any way he possibly could.
Tim is lovingly remembered by his mother, Cheryl Gusdal (Ken); his siblings, Sherri (Darcy) Wykes (Austin, Aiden, Kylar), Kendra Gusdal (Quinn Cooper), and Jeff Neish; Aunts and uncles, Glen and Allie (Adam) Neish, Sheila (Ryan, Dirk, Todd, Chad), Wendy (Glen) Gusdal (Cain, Gerry, Frank (An), Angelina, Bonnie (Tyler), Bev Martodam (Keegan, Alana, Brenda) and Marjie and Gerry Peterson (Sandra, Darryl)
He is predeceased by his father Gordon Neish; his brother Jeremy Neish; his grandparents Alexander Neish and Lena Neish, Rita Martodam and Harold Martodam; his uncle Bernie Martodam; and his cousin Kelci Gusdal.
