Savannah Raye Dawn Nicks, late of Big River First Nation, SK, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the age of 22 years.
The Wake Services for Savannah will commence on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM. The Funeral Service for Savannah will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 21, 2025 with both services taking place from the Mistahi Sipiy Elementary School Gym on Big River First Nation.
Savannah leaves to cherish her memory: her son, Ezrah Cody River; her father: Randy Lachance; her grandmother: Madeline Lachance; her kokum Stella Pahtayken; her siblings: Sharleen Scott, Tiffany (Jan) Sanderson, Jamie (Frances) Cardinal, Caralynn Raine, Cheyenne Lachance, Sarah Ledoux, Bethany Lachance, Naomi (Jordan) Pahtayken, Kalia Pahtayken, Brandon Pahtayken; her aunts: Sandra Lachance, Shirley Lachance, Gloria Rediron, Shirley Parsons, and Brenda Lachance, Crystal, Myra, Sheila (Mike) and Jackie Chief; her uncles Jason (Talitha), Bob (Heather), Adrian (Valene), KIngsley, and Neil (Jasmine); her nieces and nephews, Lucas, Laquriesha, Aliyah, Jordan Jr, Rosa, and Sadie, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Savannah is predeceased by: her mother Jacqueline Pahtayken; her brother David Pahtayken; her grandfather David Lachance; her uncles Kelvin Lachance; Leroy Lachance, Leon Lachance; her great grandparents Gilbert and Agnes Lachance; and her grandfather Patrick Whitehead; her chapans Adolphus and Josephine Pahtayken; her mushum Leonard Pahtayken, her mushum Mark Pahtayken; and cousin Colton Pahtayken.
