Obituary of Chris Moody
The family of Chris (nee Leader) Moody, sadly announce her passing on August 26, 2025, at the age of 66 years. Chris will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Bill Moody; her sons, Eric (Nancy) Leader and family, Dusty, Angel and Zach; Josh (Elizabeth) Baliski and family, Phillip, Jessa, Anthony, Jazpen and Isabelle; Cody (Jackie) Joseph; Theran (Lexi) Morin; Shane Evans; Damian Moody; Bill (Ashley) Waditaka; her daughters, Jenn Waditaka and family, Cheyenne, Chenoa, Sholana, Staiton, and Karson; Nikki (Cody) McHenry-Keene and daughter Mia; Laurie (Nelson) Waditaka and family, Joan, Samantha, Scott, Kaylene, Hunter, and Mary; as well as numerous great-grandchildren; close friends, Lori Pulleyblank, Kathy Wojcichowsky, and Wanda Peekeekoot. Chris is predeceased by husband Martin Joseph; her parents, Winnie and Bill Leader; her daughter, Cindy Joseph; her sisters, Rose and Marilyn; and close friend, Gerri Lafond.
Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, August 29, 2025, at South Hill Cemetery, Prince Albert, SK. A Celebration of Chris’ Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at East End Hall, 205 10th Avenue East, Prince Albert, SK.
