Ruben Lancelot Ahenakew 1931 - 2014 With heavy hearts the family of Ruben Lancelot Ahenakew announce his peaceful passing on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the age of 82 years. The Wake Services for Ruben will commence at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in the Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation Band Hall. The Funeral Service for Ruben will also take place in the Band Hall at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014. Interment will be in the St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery.
