The family of Bill and Bernice Baltare would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to our cousins and their families. Our mother Bernice also sends her condolences to her nieces and nephews and their families. It was our pleasure to meet your Mother throughout the years. Our father always spoke fondly of her.
On a personal note, I remember a conversation with my Dad and he told me "he raised women not girls" and when I met your Mom I recognized his example of a woman. I admired your Mother's strength and her courage. To an unique and remarkable woman, I say: God speed, Aunt Ruth.
