Rose E. Thomas 1969-2016 It is with heavy hearts that the family of Rose E. Thomas announce her passing on the 23rd day of August 2016 at the age of 45 years. The Wake Service commenced on Wednesday, August 24th, 2016 and the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 26th, 2016 at 11:00 am with both services being held at the Pelican Lake First Nation Band Hall.
