Peter was born at Park Valley on December 1, 1961 to Arcule and Caroline (nee: Scott) Arcand. Peter is remembered by his siblings: Rene (Kate) Arcand of Prince Albert, Sask; Rick Arcand of Debden, Sask; Emile Arcand of Prince Albert; Sask Ernest Arcand of Saskatoon, Sask; Denise Lehouillier of Calgary, Alberta; Peggy (Ivan Beaulac) of Debden, Sask; Shirley Arcand of Edmonton, Alberta; Roxanne Arcand, Meath Park, Sask; Cindy (Dennis) Neufeld of Debden, Sask as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Peter is predeceased by his parents Arcule and Caroline Arcand and other relatives. There will be a celebration of life held for Peter at a later date.
