Myself and my 4 sons have lost a very dear family friend one I have known for 51 years. Not many friendships keep in touch for that length of time, but we did. I spoke to Vi shortly before she left us, and as usual she was more interested in everyone else's welfare. The day she passed on, my oldest son was with me, and we had a nice time remembering the wonderful times we shared with her. Sympathy and love is send from me and my sons to each of her extended family. Rejoice in the humor, kindness, and cleverness she possessed.
