Derek Robert Head 1959 - 2017 Derek passed away suddenly on January 6, 2017 at his residence on Mistawasis First Nation at the age of 56 years. He was born July 4, 1959 in Mistawasis First Nation. The Wake Service will commence on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Mistawasis Family Center. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 12, 2017 in the Family Center on Mistawasis First Nation with Pastor Mike Flannery as officiant.
