I became friends with Ron about five years ago when my mom went to live at MSJ. He was so friendly and protective of his MSJ friends and he made it known that everyone deserved privacy and respect. He tried to uphold and instill these traits in others too. This is so important when "home" is with so many other individuals - young and old alike. I admired him so much! Ron visited with me often where we shared stories. He was also with my sister and I when mom passed away. He was comforting yet grounded and empathetic. What a guy! I will miss his smiles and hugs. I would have liked to attend his service however I am out of town. Please accept my heart felt condolences.
