Dear Thomas Family,
I was saddened to hear of Wallace's passing.
Although we had not been in touch for many years, I happily remember the times Wallace and I spent on the ice and the playground.
I'll remember him as a great athlete. Whether hockey, fastball, or soccer, we could always count on Wallace to be one of the top picks in any game. His competitive nature and natural skill always made him tough to play against.
His knack for quick wit and funny commentary while travelling to hockey tournaments will not be forgotten by any who had the chance to spend time with him.
I offer condolences from my family to yours.
