Obituary of Keith Michael Walters

Keith Michael Walters January 19, 1955 – December 15, 2017 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Keith Walters. Keith passed away peacefully with family by his side on December 15, 2017 at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute in Edmonton, Alberta. Keith was born in Preeceville, SK on January 19, 1955. He married his high-school sweetheart Janet Walker on August 17, 1974 and five children followed. After university, Keith, along with his brothers Kent and Kip managed Super Action Service in Prince Albert, later opening as Walters Service, an automotive repair shop, which is still operating today. Keith was pre-deceased by his parents Agnes and Carl Walters, his father- in-law and mother- in-law Eric and Bea Walker, grandson Ashlynd Ryder Kristiansen, brother-in-law Jack Burkitt, and nephew Christopher Walters. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Janet, children Carmel Spicer, Lorri Walters, Michael Walters (Theresa), Steven Walters (Mandara), and Michelle Kristiansen (Ryan), grandchildren, Sarah, Lucas, Eric, Anna, Maya, Ferris, Sunni, Chance, Tayen, and Berkley, siblings Carla Burkitt, Kirk Walters (Roxy), Kent Walters (Connie), Kip Walters (Jackie), and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday December 23, 2017 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1796 15th Ave East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 8A1 with Pastor Íris Kristjánsdóttir officiating. Lunch will be served at the Messiah Lutheran Church following the service. Interment will follow at St. Christophers Cemetery in Christopher Lake.
