Will always remember Pastor Nolan when serving in Shell Lake as one who did not attach labels to denominations praying for everyone to share his relationship with Jesus. Living kitty corner from Peter & Olive we shared many greetings. I, Jean taught you Randy whom I recall well & Colleen but don't believe you had started school. We have gathered some news of family so offer our sympathy at this time. We are now residing in an assisted retirement facility in Saskatoon.

We have always felt that our family roots run deep with the influence of Peter starting as far back as marrying John and Anne! Through the years, we were blessed with him as pastor and always as friend. God be with you all. We are forever grateful for his kind and Godly life.

Peter is a part of many happy memories for our family. Whether it was sharing a Thanksgiving or Christmas meal we looked forward to visiting with him. He was a thoughtful, caring, and generous man. He will be missed.
Pastor Nolan was Pastor at my home church in Canwood when I was a teenager. I will never forget his soft tone, absolute kindness and the peace that he carried with him. He was one of the most gentle yet powerful speakers that I have experienced. He touched so many lives throughout the years. What a wonderful legacy to leave behind as he joins the Father in Heaven. I pray at this time that you feel God's comfort and that you rest in the peace of knowing he will be waiting for you in Heaven.
