Joseph was born on December 27, 1951 to Francis and Madeline (nee: Bear) Rabbitskin. The wake service for Joseph began at 8:00 PM on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the Big River First Nation Band Hall. The funeral service will commence at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the same location with The Elders officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitefish Anglican Cemetery.
