William Hansen Aug. 6, 1946 – Jan. 24, 2020 On January 24, 2020, surrounded by family and embraced in love, his big heart beat one final time. When faced with his imminent passing Will made the choice of medically assisted death. His children and grandchildren chose to be at his side. He was smiling and at peace. He leaves behind a wack of kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. Will’s life is celebrated by his wife, Kathy Hansen of Fish Lake, SK; His children: Tate (Dana) and family: Monica (daughter-in-law) - Jessica, Ella, Jaxen; Lindsay (Andrew) Cruse—Emma, Elliot; Nick (Chantelle) - Lincoln, Vivian, Vienna; Tammy Lee (Randy) of Martensville, SK, and family: Oscar (Nicole) Kayden; Daniel (Shawna Rae) - Kolter, Mya; Chantelle (Mark Berg) - Gage, Jack, Charlie, William; Matt (Chantelle) - Theodore, Wesley; Teresa Primmer of Saskatoon, SK, and family: Candise (Ryen)- Chad; Christian (Nikkita) - Nanla, Austin, Ryker; Tina (Dave) Thompson of Swanson, SK and family: Danyelle (Jeremy) – Jace; Kim; Tony (Lori) of Saskatoon, SK and family: Tanner; His step-daughter, Roxanne (Lori), and family —Taz, Vern, Morgan, Nick, Orenda; His daughter-in-law, Jolene —Austin & Cody; His siblings: Elsie (Gary) Thistlewaite of Prince Albert, SK; Sven (Susan) Hansen of Canwood, SK; Elaine Hansen of Saskatoon, SK; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. William is predeceased by, His parents, Thorvald and Gerda Hansen; His sister, Lorraine Hansen; His grandson, Joshua Hansen; His great-granddaughter, Peyton Tate Cruse; and His step-son, Ben Burnett. What could be done in love was done. Skoal. It was William’s request to have a Celebration of Life and interment in the Blue Heron Cemetery that will be held at a later date.
