Obituary of Bentlee James Kenneth Carrier

Bentlee James Kenneth Carrier August 12, 2012 - March 28, 2020 We mourn the sudden loss of Bentlee on March 28, 2020. Bentlee was born on August 12, 2012 in Kamloops B.C., brought into our world a couple of months early. Bentlee was raised in Prince Albert and went to St. John Community School. He loved going to school and learning new things and playing with his many friends. When he was 5, he also joined 4th P.A. Scout group primarily going with his grandparents, enjoying outdoor activities and making many friends. Bentlee was a loving, caring, outgoing young man, and he was very selfless. Often helping his sister and brother by reading stories to them and playing games with them. He put himself last to make sure everyone else “got”. He was a great role model big brother, enjoyed doing stuff with his sister and half brothers. He loved helping other children, by donating gently used toys and clothes to those less fortunate. Bentlee was a big Avengers fan, and loved playing games on Xbox with his uncles Jesse and Denis Jr. Troy took lots of time to teach Bentlee many values of life and to be very generous to many. He loved going over to both sets of grandparents to enjoy family suppers, and especially enjoyed “red picklings” (beet pickles). Often, he would ask Papa for his cell phone to play games. Bentlee was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sandra Henry and Denis Carrier; great-great grandma, Stella Bonik; great-grandma: Yvonne Carrier; and his great-grandparents: Kenneth and Eileen Henry.
