Gordon "Rod" Roderick Higgins June 20, 1945 - February 5, 2021 It is with deep sorrow that the family of Gordon Roderick “Rod” Higgins announces his peaceful passing on February 5th, 2021. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Linda, their children; Dwayne (Maria) Higgins and their family, Danielle (Lane and son, Eli), Brittany (Tylor and children, Elizabeth and Henry), Jared and Carter; Wade Higgins’ family, Braden (Chantelle), Madison (Troy and daughter, Ella) and their mother, Michelle; Laura-Lee (Eric) Cross and their family, Ryan(Chawny) and Tyler, his siblings, Jean Crowther, Jacquie (Fred) Moffat, Wendy Riekert, Chuck (Lori) Higgins. Rod is predeceased by his son, Wade, his nephew, Shayne Higgins, his brothers. Roy and Paddy, his parents, Effie and Gordon. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there was a private family service held. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Idylwild Lodge Ladies Auxiliary - Spiritwood and District Health Complex.
