Obituary of Carrie Lynn Poss

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m on Friday, August 6, 2021 at South Hill Cemetery in Prince Albert, SK

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carrie Poss on March 24th, 2021 from a long battle with Dementia at Pineview Terrance in Prince Albert.

Carrie was born April 8th, 1964 in Humboldt, Sask and moved to Prince Albert in 2004, where she met her devoted partner Calvin Grant.

Carrie loved antiques, old cars, evening drives, going for coffee and socializing with people. She loved people as her big smile would shine. Her love of dogs was second to people.

Carrie will be missed by her best friend and partner Calvin Grant, whom she knew until the very last day.

Carrie will be missed by her family, her mom, Ione Poss; her sister, Beverly (Parry) Williams; nephew, Nathan (Krista) and children, Ahri and Reya; niece, Ashley (Tyler) and children, London and Oaklynn; as well as Calvin’s family, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Carrie was predeceased by her father, Larry Poss.

The family would like to thank Pineview Terrace for all the care and compassion shown to Carrie.

Donations in memory of Carrie may be made to the Alzheimer Society Of Saskatchewan, 1405 Faulkner Crescent, Saskatoon, SK S7L 3R5.
