I went to school with Richard and my husband Warren played hockey with him. He was such a kind man. So handsome and athletic. We stayed connected and he offered nutritional help when Warren was dying of cancer. He was a hopeful, loving man. The world is sadder without him. My condolences to the Neslad family and everyone who loved Richard.

The Laliberte family extends our condolences to all of Richard's family. Our family was fond of Richard and were honored to have him rest at our home after his motor vehicle collision while serving as a Constable with the Regina Police Service. It was Richard that was answering a call for back up for my self when the collision took place. He always sought out to help others in need whether on duty or is private life. Thank you Richard for all you have given for all of us. Rest in peace Brother.
