Obituary of Philestine Rabbitskin

Philestine Rabbitskin late of Big River First Nation, SK passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, in Victoire, SK.  

Philestine is lovingly remembered by her husband, Roger Murray; Her children: Sauvana Raeleen Rabbitskin;  Cody Wasteskaman Rabbitskin; Shai Lynn Rabbitskin; Evanee Leona Louise Murray-Rabbitskin; Her grandchildren: Roselynn McNabb, Aries Rabbitskin, Violet Rabbitskin; Her siblings: Christopher (Trudy) Sakebow, Matthew Rabbitskin, Elaine (Lorne) Waditaka;  Joshua (Tenille) Rabbitskin, Gregory Thomas as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She is predeceased by, Her father: Larry Thomas; Her mother: Leona Rabbitskin; Her brother: Samuel Rabbitskin; Her maternal grandparents: Joseph and Mary Rabbitskin; and Her paternal grandparents: Gilbert and Rose Thomas. 

Wake for Philestine will commence on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the Big River First  Nation Band Hall. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m also taking place at the Band Hall. Philestine will be laid to rest at the Whitefish Catholic Cemetery by the river.
