Dear Glenys and Family,
Although I did not have the privilege of spending time with Darrel, I feel I knew him through Glenys. I believe Darrel knew that love was a verb, something shown through action. Like my dad, I suspect he showed his love by creating and fixing things. I also suspect that Darrel knew the joy of service to his family, his friends, and his community. May the memories of his virtues give you comfort in this time of grief.
