Obituary of Alma Marie Primeau

Alma Marie Primeau late of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, SK passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, in Shellbrook, SK.  

Wake Services for Alma commenced on August 24, 2023, at the Primeau Residence, and later moved to the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation School Gym on August 25, 2023. The Funeral Service for Alma was held on August 26, 2023, and Alma was laid to rest in the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Cemetery.

Alma is survived by her brother, Ervin (Shiela) Lavallee; her children, Shannon Lavallee, Preston (Anne Marie White) Primeau, Annette (Jance) Primeau, Loriann (Leslie) Primeau & Raylene (Rory) Primeau; her inlaws, Adeline, Margaret, Rita (Emile), Virginia (Gary), Adrienne, Vince & Lloyd (Joanne); her 37 grandchildren, her 67 great-grandchildren; her godchildren, Dezeraee Primeau, Debbie Rapin & Justin Lafond; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Alma was predeceased by her parents, Catherine & Arthur Lavallee, her husband Leo Primeau; her grandchildren, Frances Primeau, Robert White & Lawrence Lavallee; her great-grandchildren, Liam Lavallee, Catherine Lavallee, Constantine Sutherland & Niko Lavallee; her inlaws, Lawrence Primeau, Yvonne Primeau, Olive Primeau, Doreen Primeau, Larry Klein & Ann-Marie White-Primeau; her mother and father-in-law, Josephine & Etienne Primeau; her nephews, Clarence Primeau, Ronnie Primeau, Glen Dixie & Lloyd Lariviere.
