It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Vivian Yvonne Shipanoff, late of Prince Albert, SK. Vivian passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023 at the age of 84 years. She was at home surrounded by her children and grand-daughter by her side. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
