Obituary of Alex Fekete

Fekete-Alex passed away peacefully on March 25, 2010 in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 74 years. Alex was born in Spiritwood, SK and went to school at Temesvar south of Spiritwood, SK. He farmed on a mixed farm all his life which his parents homesteaded. Alex married Manolita in 1979. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and trapping. Alex will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Alex leaves to cherish his memory His wife Manolita Fekete of 30 years. A brother Alphonse Fekete of Spiritwood, SK. His sisters Elizabeth Zdrill (Louis) of Prince Albert, SK and Ann Kuzniar (Edward) of Prince Albert, SK. His sisters in law Helen Wurst (Clifford) of Saskatoon, SK; Alwida Ruelan of Saskatoon, SK and Mydelisa Ruelan of Saskatoon, SK. A brother in law Priscillano Ruelan of the Philippines as well as numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors & friends. The Prayer Service was held Tuesday, March 30th, 2010 at 7:00 pm from the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday, March 31st, 2010 at 1:00 pm from the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan with Rev. Fr. Francis Agbezuge as celebrant. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations in memory of Alex may be made to the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Spiritwood. Alex was laid to rest in the Spiritwood Cemetery.
