Obituary of David Lawrence Markowsky
David (Dave) Lawrence Markowsky was born February 23,1960 in Wakaw SK, he passed away at Victoria Hospital May 15, 2024. To all the nurses and doctors who took good care of him “Thank you so much for all the care you provided to him”. He was a son, brother, dad, grandpa and many other hats or names people shared with him. He has been working for Jay’s Transport since December 2011 and he had lots of Coworkers/Customers who adored him. He also had a passion for fishing and loved going with his Pal Herb.
He is survived by his daughter Jennifer (James) Magotiaux
His grandchildren Zachary and Madison
His mother Gail Markowski
His brothers Rick Markowski and Larry Markowski (Dana Jones)
His sisters Donna Markowski (David Gajewski), Debra Gamelin, Deanne (Tim) Neufeldt and Darlene Markowski
He also had numerous nephews, nieces and a few special friends in his life.
Dave is predeceased by his grandparents Nick and Mary Markowski
His father Andrew Markowski
His fiancé Francine (Franny) Guetre
His brother Brian Markowski
His sister Patsy Markowski
His nephew Branden Parenteau
His niece Lori Markowski
He will be laid to rest at Birch Hills Cemetery on September 14, 2024, at 1 PM. Please bring a chair.
