Dear Barb and families: Please accept my heartfelt condolences - it is indeed a difficult time. One of my favourite memories of Gary was when he was 14 and he was determined to show a "city girl" what a real motorcylce ride was like. I think he was deaf in one ear for a week! I am sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Gary. Even though I did not see him often I have a special memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life. When my mom (Ellen) and I came to Canwood the summer I turned 13 I remember Gary giving me a ride on his motorcycle at the family farm. I truely enjoyed the time I had with him. His cousin Linda from Vernon B.C.
