Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear loved one . Are we not truly blessed with the hope our Creator has given us of seeing our loved ones again. God's loving comfort from the scriptures brings us much relief and confidence in the blessings of His New Kingdom. At Revelation 21:4, John 5:28, and Isaiah 35:5,6 He promises to end death and sickness and to resurrect our dead loved ones. Soon he will wipe out every tear from our eyes so we can live in peace and happiness with those we love in his promised New Kingdom here on earth. Soon we will have no reason to grieve anymore. My hope is that you can take comfort from God's word and that it will also comfort you when you think of your loved one.

It was our joy to know this dear family all of our lives. Aadne was a faithful elder to us when we lived in Big River in the late 1980's. He was always a steady, solid Christian, tender, considerate, and an example of a believer in all aspects of business, family and Church matters. Their children all show the same honour and respect for others as Aadne and Gladys did.
As a child and teenager we were in their home for many meals. They demonstrated their love for many, but it was their friendship with my parents that was unfailing.
Until we meet again, your influence will continue to contribute to many lives.

Sorry to hear of Aadne's passing but if he had a good life for 92 years, one has to appreciate the years you had together. Now he's with Gladys and together again. Condolences to Alma, who lost a brother and to Esther who lost a brother-in-law. I remember when Gladys and Aadne came and got one of our milk cows, before our sale in 1976, such a nice couple!

My father let me know a week or two ago that your dad was in the Shellbrook hospital and unwell. I was sad to hear this, and sad to hear of his departure from this realm. I have such fond memories of him from childhood. The Sunday dinners spent with your family are too numerous to count but so memorable and impactful. Both your parents' hospitality and generosity (and your family's for that matter) are awesome memories and examples. Your dad had a great smile and a great presence. I so appreciate your father's steadfastness, work ethic, faithfulness, commitment to marriage, commitment to family, commitment to the Word of God. What a great influence on my formative years!
My sincerest condolences to you all.
May you all be able to see the goodness of God in your father's life and witness the fruit of his labor and faithfulness.
