I knew him back in 2000, he helped me recover from emotional abuse of my first husband. He always reminded me how great the lord was that saved us. I wish my Son Ryan could have contact with Natashia, or Josh, he is having a hard time letting go. Please, call me 250-898-8468

I took a walk with him at a farm. He brought me to a tower, which he told me he used to climb for thrills. He shared his feelings of inadequacy with me, that he longed to be whole and "looked up to" My memory recalls a single tear followed by a smile and big strong hug. He was my only love for over a year.

It’s been nearly 25 years since the last time I talked with Billy. We grew up together as teenagers. Bill was a “true” cowboy who lived life on the edge . I remember driving with Bill up to Paddockwood thinking we were surely going to crash. Bill was fearless and lived life to the fullest. We did some wild and crazy things as teenagers, but Bill was always there and had my back when things got a little to rough. After his accident, he did change but I could still see that spark of wildness in his eyes. Rest peacefully my friend.

to Lydia and all the Franc family
Sorry to hear about "Bill". I first met Bill after his accident. I was the secretary for the Speech Language Pathologists at Public Health, and later when I worked at the Therapies Dept at the Hospital and also with Public Health at 1521 building. His life may not have been easy, but I think he tried to make the best of it and do the best he could.
Sincere condolences.

Hello Roberta :
I did leave a message yesterday but it was apparently not posted. Hannelore and I could not attend the service yesterday as Hannelore was on the tail end of the flu. But we are standing with you in this time of serious loss. Bill's "Preach it" rings always in our ears when we preach or teach. I will certainly think about it this afternoon as I will be preaching to our seniors at the Heart of Seniors Gathering. Another favorite saying of Bill was "Love ye". So many people say, "I love you" but they say it with their mouth and their brain. In Bill's case, you simply knew he meant it. That is the difference.
Hannelore and I also fondly remember our times together around the fire outside on the Frand's farm singing and talking - wonderful times in the Lord.

We use to go for coffee. We always talked. Lots of great things my dad always had to say, almost too much to take in, even though he was hard to understand. I always made him repeat himself until I did, sometimes he would repeat himself 5-6times, but we were both determined to understand each other. Of coarse over the years it became easier to understand him and clearer what he wanted from me. He seen that I had great potential, he seen that I had all the quirks he did, he seen that I have a love for mechanics and electronics like he did. He seem all those great things in me and just wanted me to go down that road and do what I love in life.... And to honer his memory, I will partake in a better life and a better me... gonna miss him that's for sure.

Dear Franc family and Roberta,
Words cannot begin to describe how I felt about Bill. He came to us, at ABI, as one of our first clients, and we embarked on an incredible journey of learning and growing together. We had some crazy, wild, emotional, funny, complicated, but oh so rewarding adventures where we witnessed Bill become the overcomer that would become his legacy. He truly “lived his FAITH”. Rest In Peace seems inadequate.....Bill, DANCE IN GLORY.....we know you are!

I am sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I too shared many meals and conversations with him at A & W and his face always lit up when he saw me. Bill and I had many good memories as we used to work together. Many people didn't know that he used to work on Sikorsky helicopters back in the 80s and fly in them. Miss you buddy.

To the Franc family
I was saddened to see this in the PA paper today. I met Bill in Superstore shortly after we moved to PA and he had a BIG embroidered emblem on the back of his coat about Jesus. I talked to him and was impressed with his ability to speak about Jesus to people. He spoke in Sunday School at the Alliance church years ago on the affect of brain injuries on people. Life has gotten busy and I hadn't seen him for a couple of years. Franc family please know that you are in our prayers at this time. May God give you the peace that He alone gives.
