William “Bill” Franc, loving husband of Roberta, late of Prince Albert, passed away on January 7, 2020 at the age of 58 years. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Embassy Church, 888 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, with Pastor Meghan Mayer as Celebrant.
