She was the nicest lady. She and Ed phoned an ambulance for my late father who lived next to them. He always said they were his best neighbors. They had me over a few times. Wonderful couple. My deepest sympathies.

Rhonda, Leland, Delco and families,
We are so sorry for your loss. Your mom, my Aunty, was a wonderful person, and I will miss her very much. I have so many fond memories of your mom from when I was a kid and now as an adult. As a kid, she would always take the time to call me on my birthday, and as an adult, she was always interested in what my own family was up to. Aunty Joan always had a smile, loved to visit, and never complained. She was such a welcoming person. You never needed to call her to arrange a time to visit - the coffee was always on, and she just wanted you to come over whenever you could. I will miss my visits with her when I am in P.A very much. You could always tell how important her family was to her. I remember her wall of family photos with pictures of you guys and all of us nieces and nephews, and then of course the grandkids came later. She loved to tell me about her grandkids and great-grand kids - she was so proud of each of them. I am so grateful for her presence in my life, and I will miss her dearly, but I know in my heart that right now she is at the lake enjoying beautiful weather and a good book. Love and prayers, Charlene, Jason, Michayla, and Jake
