Dear caring and loving family of my brother Rene: Gladys, Collin, Corrina, Travis, Ramone, Monique, spouses and children.
I am so sorry for your loss (my loss)
I have only FOND MEMORIES of my brother. His easy-going way of handling life was calming and reassuring.
His sense of humour was witty.
Rene’s love for the farm and the outdoors was obvious. He wasn’t shy of getting his hands dirty.
I remember when he told me that his best naps were taken lying on the grass under the branches of poplar trees.
Our family enjoyed Rene’s love for music, his beautiful singing and guitar playing. He and his brother shared the talent and Rene generously gave his younger brother his guitar.
When I went to visit my parents annually, Rene would graciously pick me up at the airport and drive me back.
Our conversations were so interesting! My brother had a memory like an elephant and he teased me about my horrible memory.
Rene’s rich legacy as a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother will never be forgotten!
My sincere condolences
Your sister-in-law and aunt
Denise
